Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Certain products such as mattresses, curtains, blinds, and customized interior works are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
